You Are A Whole Being

We are multi-dimensional people – not only physical but mental, emotional and spiritual beings. We tend to focus on the physical since it is the easiest to see and the easiest to “dress up.” These other parts of us, though, deserve some attention. The goal is to renew and improve as many parts of the whole as we can. The work we put into these other aspects of ourselves will have an impact, even if it is not readily visible to everyone!
