With a compassionate approach, she is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and those who feel like they don’t fit in, believing that everyone deserves the opportunity to create an authentic life. Her trauma-informed perspective and focus on skill-building empower clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.

As a therapist, Jarika understands the unique challenges neurodivergent individuals face and the varying degrees of adversity they experience throughout life. She provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore these challenges, heal from past traumas, and develop the skills needed to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. Her trauma-informed care approach emphasizes safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment, creating an environment where clients feel validated, heard, and supported.

Integrating evidence-based modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jarika’s approach empowers individuals to overcome past traumas and equips them with practical tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges effectively. These skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness are essential for enhancing overall well-being, building healthy relationships, and aligning life with personal values. Celebrating neurodiversity and recognizing each individual’s unique strengths, Jarika’s collaborative and individualized therapeutic journey helps clients capitalize on their strengths while addressing areas causing distress or hindering personal growth. Together, clients embark on a transformative journey toward healing, skill-building, and creating a life that embraces their unique identity.
