About Heather:
Heather is a Clinical Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Heather is also working toward their certification as an AASECT Sex therapist. Heather is passionate about marginalized populations, diversity and inclusion. Heather embodies a trauma informed, safe, judgment free space for people to be themselves and feel empowered as their own person. They are genuinely warm, direct, and compassionate.
Heather Believes growth is painful, and healing involves self-confrontation, self-compassion, and self-love. Feeling whole does not mean we are problem free.
Wholeness means we can work with, accept, and embrace all we are and live our lives authentically.
Healthy intimate relationships are collaborative, and collaboration requires transparency, vulnerability and integrity.
Sometimes, we need to deconstruct who we were programmed to be in order to become who we are.
All humans are worthy of love and pleasure.
