It has been a trying year. The effects of all the stressors we are under are weighing on us in obvious and not-so-obvious ways. As we enter this holiday season, many of us are struggling with depression, hopelessness and wondering if things are going to get better. Like many times in our lives, we just need someone to walk with us through tough times. If you or someone you love is in a dark place or just needs a little extra support, we would be happy to help. It is our honor to walk alongside people to help them find hope and healing.
The effects of so much going on in our society and the isolation we are experiencing can be seen in our anger and frustration, our disorganization and lack of motivation, as well as loneliness and unexplainable sadness. If you or someone you know is having a difficult time, we invite you to contact us and connect with a counselor or therapist (in-person or online) who is there to listen and support. There is no need for you to go through this period of life alone.
If you have a child struggling with school, a loved one struggling with loneliness or you yourself are just feeling weighed down by stress, we hope you reach out. We would be happy to talk to you about how therapy works, and answer any other questions you may have. All of our providers are available to do telehealth from start to finish so you can stay safe and healthy. We understand life can be hard sometimes, and we are trained to listen, support and help you work toward healing.
We may not have all the answers right now, but we can be present for each other as we walk through this time. Fill out our contact form here and let us know how we can help, or call us at 316-425-7774.
